Order Processing: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Method: All our products are shipped using UPS, a reliable courier service known for its prompt and efficient deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location. As a general guideline, deliveries within North America are typically completed within 2-5 business days.
Delivery Charges: Free Shipping. Please note, we currently ship to locations within the lower 48 states of the USA and excluding territories in Canada. Any orders outside these regions may not be processed.
Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive the delivery, UPS will typically try to deliver your package three times, leaving a notice each time. If unsuccessful, your package will be returned to us. For any further delivery attempts or any change of delivery address after the order has been placed, a separate charge may apply.
Delayed or Lost Orders: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays occur due to factors beyond our control. If you believe your order has been delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
